Alex Rausch, a Chicago native, has built a remarkable career in the events industry. He began by organizing beach volleyball tournaments as a teenager and quickly advanced to support major US triathlons by age 19. In 2015, he directed the ITU World Championships of Short Course Triathlon in Chicago. Joining HYROX in 2018 as a founding member, Alex excelled as US Country Manager and Global Head of Operations. Currently, as Global Head of Digital and Timing, he leads innovative in-house timing and digital services, reflecting his dedication to advancing the sports events industry.
